Order & Payment
You select your service and options directly on the site, then proceed to payment via the shopping cart.

The processing time begins upon receipt of the completed form.
We will then contact you shortly via WhatsApp in order to:
- confirm receipt of the form
- Validate the project launch
- Arrange a phone call if necessary (if the option was chosen)
Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to a form to complete.
This questionnaire allows us to gather all the information necessary to carry out the project.
Project implementation
Your project then enters the design phase, according to the chosen formula:
- Signature package: completion time of 6 business days
- ZEN package: completion time of 9 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on the options selected, such as express delivery.
Project delivery
Once the project is finalized, we will get back to you via WhatsApp to send you all the deliverables (visuals, videos, documents, etc.).
