What are the completion times?

Completion times depend on the chosen option:

• ZEN package: 9 business days
 • Signature Package: 6 business days

If your project is urgent, you can also opt for the Express option, which allows delivery in 3 working days.

Question 3

Can I give you feedback or request adjustments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can absolutely give us your feedback via WhatsApp once the delivery has been made.
We can make minor adjustments, as long as they remain within the framework of the chosen formula.

On the other hand, if it is a genuine new proposal (new layout, different atmosphere, different approach), we offer second proposal options available in our catalogue (second layout proposal, decoration or complete proposal).

You can certainly choose one of these options after the first project has been delivered, for example, and inform us directly via WhatsApp. We can then assist you and guide you towards the option best suited to your needs.

Does a formula include several layout proposals?

No, each package includes only one detailed layout proposal. If you would like to obtain multiple versions or test different ideas, you can add the "second layout proposal" option provided for this purpose.

Are your proposals suitable for my budget?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our proposals are designed to fit within budgets accessible to the widest possible audience.
We primarily use affordable, easy-to-find furniture and decorative items.
If you have any specific constraints, particularly related to budget or the country you are in, you can certainly indicate them in the form. We will adapt accordingly to offer you a coherent and realistic solution.

I bought an apartment off-plan (VEFA). Is a simple plan sufficient to carry out the service?

Yes, we can absolutely carry out the service from a simple plan, even without photos of the interior.
You will simply need to tell us the planned flooring, as well as any constraints of the room, such as the location of the radiators.
With these elements, we are able to design your room without difficulty.

I have several pieces to make. Do you offer rates for a group of pieces?

Yes, we can definitely offer rates for multiple items.
In this case, we advise you to send us an email to elma.deco22@gmail.com, attaching the plan of the rooms concerned, so that we can estimate the overall cost of the service and offer you a suitable price.

What do the delivered 3D visuals and videos correspond to?

Accepted Answer

The 4K visuals correspond to the images you can already find on our website, in the Portfolio section. They are exactly the same type of visuals, allowing you to view the room from different angles with a realistic rendering.

The custom 3D videos are in the same format as those we share on our social media, except that they are fully adapted to your project and your room.
The video is filmed from an aerial view, above the room, in order to clearly understand the layout, volumes and placement of the different elements.

Do you work remotely anywhere in France / abroad?

Yes, we work 100% remotely.
We can absolutely provide services anywhere in France and abroad, regardless of the country you are in.

Question 10

What if I don't have a floor plan of my room?

Accepted Answer

We recommend you draw it by hand so we can fully understand your space. The goal is to get the measurements of each wall as well as the location of doors, windows, and radiators. You can measure these using a tape measure. A simple plan will suffice.

Is there a phone call before the service?

Accepted Answer

We primarily communicate via email and text message. For phone calls, we offer an add-on option to your plan. This service complements the standard plan.

Are your services available to professionals?

Yes, we also work with professionals (investors, property developers, etc.) and can tailor our services. Please contact us directly by email to discuss this further.

Question 13

I would like to create a master suite with a bedroom and a bathroom area. Which service should I choose?

Accepted Answer

For the layout of a master suite including a bedroom and a bathroom area, you simply need to choose the Bedroom service, in ZEN or Signature package, according to your needs.
You will then need to add the “Bathroom – Studio & Master Suite” option at €45, which allows you to integrate the layout of the bathroom space adjoining the bedroom.
